Together with his best slug buddy Burpy, Eli will battle enemies to solve the puzzle . To do so, you must collect an arsenal of transforming slugs and use their amazing powers. As mentioned, the gameplay is identical to the previous title. You will match up the elements on the main screen. Matching up three elements will allow you to gain the power of that said element. The more you match up, the more resources you gain. With enough resources, you can invoke your favorite slugs. Once the elements are charged up, you can then use their power to shoot the enemy. Completing the initial levels will reward you with slugs that you could add to your collection. As it is a new installment, there will be more slugs to collect in this game. There are also different modes to enjoy, such as Story, Multiplayer, and Duel. Slug It Out 2 also boasts better graphics . However, its difficulty progression is too fast , ending with your slug collection failing to defeat the opponent. Is the game good? Overall, Slugterra: Slug It Out 2 is a very entertaining puzzle game . It offers a simple yet fun match-3 gameplay, familiar to fans of the previous installment.
